September 18, 2025 the construction of Plan Martinushof in Tegelen began. The construction officially began with the unveiling of the construction sign on the corner of Raadhuislaan and Gasthuisstraat.
AGS Architects has made the design for the new construction and partial renovation of the Giesen Bautsch shopping center in the municipality of Heerlen, located on Bautscherweg, Corisbergweg and Vullingsweg.
AGS Architects has designed the new construction of a supermarket with 13 apartments above it.
