\u201cHUIS aan de MARKT\u201d in Sittard wants to be a place where people come together. A lively place with a mix of functions for everyone. This requires a building in which people and the human dimension are central: cosy, safe and familiar. But also a building that does justice to its public function: accessible, open, recognizable and representative. By carefully fitting and measuring, we have arrived at a design that makes optimal use of the existing hull. A sustainable and future-proof plan that respects the history of the place and its historic environment: stately where necessary and playful where allowed.<\/p>\n<p>Our submission for the tender for the \u201cHUIS aan de MARKT\u201d was the result of close collaboration between <a href=\"https:\/\/rogroep.nl\/huisaandemarkt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RO group<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vanwijnen.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">van Wijnen<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.agsarchitects.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AGS Architects<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fwparchitectuur.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FWP architecture<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kragten.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kragten<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paltebv.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Palte<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Knowing more?!<\/strong><br \/>\nAs part of the tender, the designs for the \u201cHUIS aan de MARKT\u201d will be exhibited from 11 to 19 November.
