Molenpoort is a bustling shopping center in the heart of Nijmegen with a retail area of 20,000 m². There are 55 stores spread across national chains such as Bristol, C1000 and Kruidvat and local entrepreneurs. On the roof is a spacious parking for 280 cars. AGS is responsible for the renovation and expansion of the shopping center with housing and parking.
