Expansion of “De Rietlanden” Sports Complex
The Rietlanden sports complex is being expanded. The municipality of Lelystad has issued a European tender for this purpose.
Bouwgroep Dijkstra Draisma’s bid, with a design by AGS Architects, was selected as the best plan.

The expansion consists of a sports hall with grandstands, two sports halls, a gymnasium, catering facilities, and associated spaces.
A new entrance with catering facilities spanning two floors will connect the existing halls to the new building.The kickoff took place on Wednesday, August 27th, in the presence of Alderman Grimbergen.
The design team then got to work expeditiously.
