Located immediately next to the bus and train station of Nijmegen, new buildings are constructed for music hall Doornroosje, student housing foundation Talia and a bicycle transferium. The building contains 85 living units to house 345 students, the new concert venue/music hall Doornroosje, student housing foundation Talia and a bicycle transferium for parking up to 4.000 bicycles. The building contains two floors for technology and the bicycle parking area which are partially underground, three floors for Doornroosje and ten floors with student accommodations, with a roof garden on the first floor of the accommodations. Doornroosje consists of two concert stages, one for 1.100 and one for 400 visitors, and their foyers, a café, backstage areas and indoor provision area.
