AGS Architects has made the design for the new construction of a Child Center and 18 social rental apartments for young people. The building is situated on the south side of the De Broeckgouw district in Volendam. The Child Center consists of day care and playgroup. A meeting space is centrally located between the group rooms, with extra daylight from the courtyard garden above. The roof garden is the central heart of the houses, with intensive vegetation an inspiring collective outdoor space is created here.
